Pregnancy brings with it a whole host of aches and pains as the body adjusts to make room to grow a new little person. All of our massage therapists have been trained to know how to work on the expectant mommas. During the massage, we have the mommy-to-be in a side-lying position and we use pillows to make sure she is extra comfy. As long as the mom-to-be is not high risk, she can receive regular massages right up to her due date.
